AIGennius LLC ("AIGennius", "we", "us") operates this website. This page explains what we collect, what we do not, and how to reach us about it.

What this website collects

This site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account system and no advertising or tracking scripts. It sets no cookies of its own. You can read every page of it without giving us anything.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the technical information your browser sends in order to serve pages: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Cloudflare also uses this to protect the site from attacks. We do not combine it with anything else and we do not use it to identify you.

When you contact us

If you email us or call, we keep what you send so we can reply and keep track of the conversation: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. We use it to answer you and to provide services you ask for. We do not sell it and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

When you buy something

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout pages and go directly to Stripe — they never reach this website and we never see or store them. From Stripe we receive your name, email address, what you bought and whether the payment succeeded, so that we can deliver the product and keep records for tax and accounting.

Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

Email we send you

We email you to deliver what you bought, to answer you, and about work we are doing for you. If we later send marketing email, every message will have an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops it.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to us. Records of purchases are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. Deleting purchase records may not be possible where we are required to keep them.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
